He also held the role of President and Chief Executive Officer at Primrose Healthcare, LLC and spent over 17 years with Cigna Corporation, where he played a pivotal role in financial leadership. He currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Semper Virens Venture Capital, where he oversees financial strategy and operations.

Bill Keena has worked at the intersection of technology and people in the health insurance business for over forty years. Bill has led operations, developers, and data centers in the US and internationally through successive waves of automation and enhancements. Bill is a lifelong learner who is especially interested in tech that yields returns, customer loyalty and creating new value chains. Bill has served as Executive VP of Operations at Amerigroup, Consultant at Accenture, COO of Acclaris (A VC backed Tech firm) and is currently President of AmeriHealth Caritas New Hampshire.
