Our Managing Partners have extensive backgrounds in M&A and launching and establishing new businesses. They have also built and run complex and global technology, services, and operations teams. NTV in-house analysts bring additional dimension and depth to our group and assist with evaluating: market and consumer trends, domestic and global economic developments, revenue/expense/margin management, new opportunity identification, and business news and regulatory changes.

MIKE ABBAEICO-FOUNDER & MANAGING PARTNERview bio+
Mike is the Co-founder and a Managing Partner at NTV. Mike has been a visionary executive throughout his career, initiating a number of M&A activities, transformations, turnarounds, and growth initiatives.
Mike retired from Broadridge Solutions Inc. where he served as Vice Chairman and Head of Broadridge Customer Communications, a multi-channel communications business that services more than 900 clients and over 138 million consumers, with a revenue of over $1.5 billion.
He joined the company when he sold DST Systems, Inc’s (“DST”) North American customer communications business to Broadridge and created the industry’s premier customer communications provider.
Prior to joining Broadridge, Mike served as Head of DST Customer Communications, overseeing DST’s customer communications business segment. Before that, he served as President of DST Brokerage Solutions, where Mike shaped the company’s strategic direction for U.S. broker-dealers.
He previously served as Managing Partner for Finix Business Strategies and CEO of Finix Converge both of which he founded and subsequently sold to DST. At Finix, Mike was responsible for the firm’s overall advisory and social networking services and worked directly with asset managers, brokerage firms, financial institutions, and Fortune 2000 companies.
His executive leadership positions include serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Information and Operations Officer at Legg Mason and President of Legg Mason Technology Services. Mike has also served in leadership roles with Kidder Peabody, Lehman Brothers, CS First Boston and Bell Laboratories.
Mike holds a master’s degree in Industrial Management and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.

BRIJ SHARMACO-FOUNDER & MANAGING PARTNERview bio+
Brij is the Co-founder and a Managing Partner at NTV. Brij has more than 25 years of experience as a successful entrepreneur and investor in the U.S., India, and GCC Region.
Brij founded Tela Sourcing, Inc., an outsourcing company focused on servicing the U.S. healthcare insurance market. Tela served more than 50 health insurance clients and was recognized by Gartner as one of the leading specialized company in healthcare services. Brij successfully sold Tela to TriZetto, Inc., a healthcare technology and solution company controlled by Apax Private Equity.
Most recently, through a joint venture with Davita Inc., Brij founded Express Clinics, a network of owned primary care and population health management centers in India. Davita is a Fortune 500 U.S.-based healthcare company. Ultimately, Brij provided a successful exit to Davita by purchasing their shareholding.
Brij is also the Founder of MDIndia, one of the largest third-party administrators of health insurance services in India. MDIndia manages more than 40 million lives, processes over $1 billion in premiums and provides healthcare access through a contracted national network of more than 4,500 hospitals and healthcare centers.
Brij has an MBA from Yale University and is an engineering graduate of the College of Engineering, Pune, India. Brij is an active investor and has ongoing involvement with ventures in the healthcare technology, outsourcing, and mobile commerce space. Brij has also been an advisor since 2010 to the $50 million Somerset Private Equity Fund, which is focused on healthcare investments in India.

NEERAJ VOHRACHIEF INVESTMENT OFFICERview bio+
Neeraj Vohra is the Chief Investment Officer at Naples Technology Ventures and has 25 years of strategic financial management and capital markets experience. He has been the CFO of four private companies and his Investment banking experience includes execution of more than $3B of capital raise transactions and 12 M&A deals.
Prior to joining NTV, he was the CFO of Rose Financial Solutions, a finance as a service company (FaaS) where he partnered with the CEO to drive growth and closed an acquisition withing the first 90 days of joining the firm. Prior to joining RFS in 2020, Neeraj was the CFO of DuckerFrontier, a market intelligence and consulting firm that serves clients across the B2B, healthcare, consumer and technology sectors. At DuckerFrontier, he helped triple the revenues of the company through two acquisitions and organic growth.
Neeraj started his Wall Street career at Standard & Poor’s as an equity analyst where his stock recommendations outperformed the S&P 500 index. He then joined Wheat First Butcher Singer as a sell-side research analyst and was ranked a “Top 20 Stock Picker” by Bloomberg in 1995.
His deep investment banking experience includes leading teams in financial technology and technology services at Friedman Billings Ramsey in DC and Signal Hill in Baltimore He has managed numerous initial public offerings, follow-on equity offerings and merger & acquisition transactions for a wide range of clients, including CFRA, Harris Interactive, comScore, Banctec, Lionbridge, Online Resources, Open Solutions and PayPal.
Neeraj is a founding steering committee member of the Tech CFO Network that has over 150 CFO members in the DC area. Additionally, he was a finalist for the Northern Virginia Technology Council’s “2019 CFO of the Year Award” in the emerging growth category.
Neeraj holds an M.B.A. from the Stern School of Business at New York University and a B.B.A. in Economics from Baruch College, CUNY.

DARIA ABBAEIDIRECTOR OF INVESTOR RELATIONSview bio+
Daria Abbaei is the Director of Investor Relations at Naples Technology Ventures, where she is responsible for interacting with all of our current and future LPs.
Prior to NTV, Daria held several senior level positions at SKOUT Cybersecurity including Customer Success Lead, Chief of Staff, and Director of Partner Enablement. In her role as Director of Partner Enablement, Daria was responsible for all client deployments and onboarding functions, and oversaw all professional service engagements. While focusing on the direct client and partner experience, she managed relationships and built a high level of trust with top tier customers where she sustained business growth and profitability by maximizing value. Daria’s team was responsible for onboarding direct clients and partners in a seamless, rapid, and efficient manner. In order to do so, Daria believes in a transparent, open communication model where she always makes herself available in order to ensure the client’s needs are always met.
Daria attended Florida Gulf Coast University where she earned a degree in Psychology and Management. While in school, Daria also worked as an Operations Manager for a spirit company.

BRIAN GLANZSENIOR ANALYSTview bio+
Brian Glanz is a Senior Analyst at NTV, responsible for investment due diligence and deal sourcing, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative analysis. Brian brings more than 15 years of experience covering a wide array of investment strategies including traditional equities, hedge funds, and private equity.
Brian joins NTV after eight years as a Senior Investment Analyst at Morgan Stanley, where he performed manager due diligence covering more than 60 investment strategies. During his tenure with Morgan Stanley, Brian oversaw investments in international, global, and emerging markets equities, as well as natural resources, real estate and liquid alternatives.
Prior to Morgan Stanley, Brian was an Investment Manager with NewMarket Capital Partners, a Philadelphia-based Fund of Funds. He was instrumental in investment analysis, manager selection and portfolio allocation for the flagship NewMarket Capital Fund. The NewMarket Capital Fund had more than $450 million in assets under management and consisted of 20 underlying hedge fund strategies.
Before NewMarket Capital Partners, Brian was a Senior Investment Officer with the City of Philadelphia Board of Pensions & Retirement. While at the Board of Pensions, he oversaw the public equity, private equity and alternative investment allocations. Brian initiated and helped construct the pension fund’s investment in hedge funds.
He also previously served as a Board Member for the Mid Atlantic Hedge Fund Association.
Brian has a B.S. in Finance from the University of Delaware. He is also a CFA Level III candidate.

TOM HOGANANALYSTview bio+
Tom Hogan is Lead Analyst at NTV, responsible for quantitative and qualitative modeling as well as tracking and reporting on economic data. His experience supports NTV’s sustainable approach to investing as he helps identify how firms can better achieve stability through all economic cycles. In addition to assisting in the portfolio company review and analysis process, Tom manages NTV’s investor reporting, including writing and providing quarterly updates on domestic and global economic conditions and financial markets. Tom also serves as a resource for portfolio company management, available to offer guidance and insights as needed.
Tom’s background is in fixed income and public equity research. Prior to joining NTV in February 2019, Tom was a portfolio strategist at Philadelphia Partners where he constructed equity and option strategies for high-net worth clients. He has also held research analyst roles at Boenning & Scattergood and Emerald Asset Management, where he wrote bottom-up research reports and executed valuation models for portfolio managers. He initially worked for Logan Circle Partners on their fixed income syndicate desk, where he assisted with corporate and municipal bond issuances before moving into equity research.
Tom has a B.S. in Economics from Penn State University. He participated in a joint program in the U.K. between UBS and Kings College London, where he researched the Brexit referendum, financial markets, and European economic conditions. While in school, Tom was also a member of the Men’s Division-1 lacrosse team.
