Naples Technology Ventures (NTV) is a venture capital firm focused on investing in early-stage B2B SaaS companies that are transforming large, complex industries through innovative technology. We partner with exceptional founders building scalable software platforms that address critical operational challenges, improve efficiency, and create measurable value for enterprise customers.

Since inception, NTV's investment strategy has centered on identifying disruptive technology companies serving highly regulated industries. Across our first three funds, we have successfully invested in innovative businesses spanning FinTech, InsurTech, RegTech, cybersecurity, and enterprise software. These sectors share common characteristics: large addressable markets, entrenched legacy systems, fragmented workflows, increasing regulatory complexity, and significant opportunities for digital transformation.

Our fourth fund, the NTV Healthcare Innovation Fund, is dedicated exclusively to early-stage healthcare technology companies leveraging Artificial Intelligence to modernize and transform the healthcare ecosystem. We focus on solutions serving healthcare payers, providers, hospitals, physician groups, healthcare services organizations, and the numerous intermediaries that connect these stakeholders. We believe healthcare remains one of the largest and least digitized sectors of the global economy, burdened by administrative inefficiencies, labor shortages, rising costs, fragmented data systems, and outdated technology infrastructure.

We seek companies that utilize AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, automation, and workflow intelligence to improve clinical outcomes, streamline administrative processes, enhance patient engagement, optimize revenue cycles, reduce costs, strengthen compliance, and increase operational productivity. Our investment thesis is based on the belief that AI-driven platforms will fundamentally reshape how healthcare organizations operate over the next decade.
